THE CONVERSATION: OPEN A NEW BRANCH
Secretary : “Good morning, ladies and gentleman.”
All : “Good morning.”
Secretary : “Thank you, before we start our meeting this morning. Allow me to introduce myself. I’m (your name) as your Master of Ceremony and writer at today’s meeting.And let’s open our meeting by saying basmallah together.”
All : “Bismillahirrahmanirrahim.”
Secretary : “Hopefully our meeting will go well and the meeting will be according to the agenda that will be led by Mr. Fadhil as the President Director of LACKER Company. For that, time is yours.”
President Director: “Hello, Good morning.”
All : “Good morning.”
President Director: “Thanks to our Master of Ceremony, (your name), for this opportunity. thank you to all of you who are already presenting the meeting on time. As we know, we have successfully opened branches in various cities in America with a variety of clothing products. So based on our Marketing Manager’s suggestion we will add a new branch, due to the amount of market demand. For more details, I give the Marketing Manager the opportunity to explain more details about it.”
Secretary : “Alright, to Miss Taru as the Marketing Manager please explain your suggestion, time is yours.”
Marketing Manager : “Thank you for the opportunity, as we know that the product from our company has always been a trending topic among the people. Then a lot of people from abroad was asking about our new branches outside to the country to be closer to customer. Because they only be able to buy through our website and they said that the shipping costs are too expensive and sometimes it is not available on the website. And I think we really need to open new branch as soon as possible.”
President Director: “Good, thanks for the explanation. It is quite encouraging, and I’m quite happy to hear that. But of course, it is needed more consideration, especially in terms of finance owned by our company. So how about you Financial Manager?
Secretary : “Alright to Miss Yesti as the Financial Manager please explain our financial right now. Time is yours.”
Financial Manager : “Ok. Good morning all, I would like to thank Mr. Fadil as the President Director for the opportunity. Now I will explain the update condition of our company’s finance right now. So, in the last 2 years, we have increased the turnover rate by 30%. This shows that our company got a positive response and the money that we get today is about 15 billion. That’s all I can say, thank you.”
President Director: “Thank you Ms. Yesti for the explanation. Yes, if we observed that our company has a fairly good turnover increase. And it is true that we must immediately fulfilled our customer’s requests to open new branch.”
Secretary : “Okay, the next agenda is the opportunity for all of you to give
opinions or critics about our topic that’s ‘Open a new branch’”
Production Manager : “According to the explanation from Ms. Taru, I propose that the opening of a new branch will be opened in Australia, precisely near Wollongong North Beach.”
Financial Manager : “I’m sorry, I want to know why do you want to open our new branch in Aussie?”

The reason is because tourist from all over the world mostly come from Aussie, and I think Wollongong North Beach is the best place to sell our products that now are trending and according to the research I did this morning with Ms. Taru that many of our customers come from Australia. They buy our products through the website and this is their request that they want the shipping costs not prevent them from buying more of our products.”
President Director: “I guess that’s pretty good. Next, what about the costs? How much shall we spend to open a branch there? And what strategy are we going to do so that opening our new branch can get a fairly wide market?”
Secretary : “Ok so, please to both Financial and Production Manager to explain your plan or strategy.”
Financial Manager : “Well thanks again for the opportunity, before that, I’m one hundred percent agree with Ms. Dilya’s opinion that we may open our new branch in Australia. So, I think we can buy a building that is ready to use there, so we can decorate the store with the company’s characteristics. then we don’t need a lot of time and money to prepare that.”
Marketing Manager : “Sounds good.”
Production Manager : “For a strategy to get a fairly large market I think we still maintain different clothes in each season, and I think we have to produce summer clothes because young people nowadays like summer clothes, especially the distance between our store to the beach is very possible for us to produce this clothes.”
Marketing Manager : “I’m sorry, I want to add some ideas or strategy.”

Marketing Manager : “We can do a marketing strategy through Instagram by collaborating with artists who are currently hit and also making brochures that will later be distributed through the crowd, or placing large advertisements in the city.”
