D : Good morning everyone. Could I’ve your attention, please?

All : Sure/Of course

D : Thank u all for coming to today’s meeting. But, before we start the meeting let’s say

basmallah together. Alright, perhaps we can make a start. So, in today’s meeting we’ll talk about to get a fairly wide market for our product. And we’ll talk about the strategy , the costs, and planning for next meeting. Then, let’s start with the first agenda that’s marketing strategy. To the marketing manager please explain your strategy, time’s yours.

S : thank u for the opportunity, as we know that our product is being trending topic last

Week. Here are my strategies. First, I think we still make a lots of brochures that we can put it in our branch. Second, we can make an advertisement in Magazine.

F : I’m sorry for interrupting. I see your point but however I don’t think it’s a good idea. Because people in this era rarely read a magazine.

S : hm, maybe.

D : alright ms. Firda but please listen to his explanation for a while. Ok so, please continue your suggest.

S : ok, the last strategy we can make an advertisement on Youtube or on Instagram.

D : hm, plese tell the reason of your last strategy.

S : because people all around the world nowadays always bring they mobile phone to

wherever they go and everyone can easily reached our advertisement.

F : I’m one hundred percent agree with mr. sabar

D : sounds good. Are we gonna make it as our main strategy now ?

F : yes, of course because it’ll be more effective strategy for us.

D : alright, now we have decide that promoting in social media will be one of our strategy in

2020. So, let’s move on to the next agenda that’s the budgets shall we pay to make this ad. So, to the financial manager now it’s your turn.

F : yes miss, thanks for the opportunity. I think it’s not really cost too much. Maybe, it’s costs 29 dollars/month.

S : no, as I saw the price this morning it costs for 35 dollars. But it really worth to promote

our products.

D : will we take it?

F : I think yes, because we can get a fairly large market in short time.

S : yes, I’m agree.

D : alright, if we all agree. Now we continue to the last agenda that’s planning for the next

meeting. How about we doing a meeting next month? How about y’all?

F : I think we should held the next meeting 2 weeks after today’s meeting because we must

do this strategy as soon as possible.

S : yes, that’s good ms. Firda

D : Okay, okay, so we decided to held the next meeting 2 weeks after today’s meeting.

S : great, I will make sure to prepare it too.

D : Thank you, before we close our meeting let me summarize the main points. First, we

discussed using the new social media marketing. Second, the budgets for an ad will costs 35 dollars/month. And finally we’ll doing a meeting again 2 weeks after today’s meeting.
